I. INTRODUCTION
In the beginning, the idea jump to my mind when I observed the bathroom blower rotate with high speed although the electric power cable disconnected to it. Just the open mode fins allow air to pass through the blower making it rotate with as same as electric power connect to it. Therefore, this idea already working with the wind electric generators in wind farms and in other locations did not have electric government supply.
